Other acts on the Soundtrack include: Beastie Boys, Gnarls Barkley, N.E.R.D., Spank Rock, The Cool Kids, Ursula 1000, and more. NBA 2K9 comes out October 7th in Stores!!

Head of Daly City Records, he’s been busy lately with his “Microphonepet” release, compiling a list of the finest beat conductors for a remix extravaganza, and this exclusive DJ Mix for Percussion Lab. Be sure to enlist in the ranks if you’re down for the remix competition. From Daly, California to Brooklyn, NY, Mochipet is rounding up the finest for a round of Mochipet remixes coming out this fall. There’s a remix contest going on so fire up Ableton and hope to get on the releases featuring Chris De Luca vs. Phon.o, Darko (SpankRock), DJ C, Jahcoozi, Boreta (GlitchMob), Machine Drum and more… More info here!

Check out the new Rhythm Incursions Mix with: Mochipet, Free The Robots, Nosaj Thing, and more.
We return to the more ‘regular’ Rhythm Incursions shows this week, and with both Trick and Waxfactor unfortunately otherwise engaged and unable to step up as they normally do (real life’s crazy like that!) I’m strapping on my presenter goggles and bringing you an hour of fresh new music. Considering it’s been about 2 months since the last show, there’s quite a few bits to get stuck into from the likes of Mochipet, Mighty Joseph, Uncle Lew, Nosaj Thing, Mweslee, Dilla, Samiyam and Free The Robots. Oh and we’ve got a mini-feature on the excellent Various Production too.

odds-and-ends EPs from the San Francisco/Los Angeles
hip-hop/electronic pop duo. Three remixes of MMC faves – by
Paris-based producer Débruit (Musique Large), San Francisco laptop
king Mochipet (Daly City Records), and Dutch up-and-comer Multi-Panel
– are rounded out by a cover from Roman Ruins (Gold Robot) and a new
MMC track.
