Check Out Mikah 9 and Mochipet in this weeks XLR8R Incite….Taiwan born David Wang, aka Mochipet, is no stranger to the world of the international music business, and yet the man who has released work on Ellen Allien’s BPitch Control imprint and worked with the likes of Kid 606, Mikah9, and Daedelus prefers to remain in his home base Daly City, the industrial land South of San Francisco. It is here that he hammers away at his latest venture (and homage to his hometown), Daly City Records. In his own work, chilled out stand-up basslines meet electronic hip-hop featuring rhymes from the likes of Freestyle Fellowship’s Mikah 9 and Taipei native Taiwankid.__LINK__
